Returns, Exchanges, Shipping, Payments and Care

I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Exceptions may apply

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery 
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

I only accept cancellations if they are made before I ship items
Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders or
Items that have been mishandled

I do my best to take pictures as accurately as possible and write precise descriptions so you should not be disappointed when you receive your item. Just send me a message and I’ll be glad to help out.

If you are not happy for any reason, contact me upon receipt and we’ll find a way to solve the problem so that we will be mutually satisfied. Repairing or altering the item as needed, or allowing you to exchange or return it. All exchanges must be shipped back to me within 7 days of receipt, in a new and unused condition. Refunds will be issued, minus the shipping charges.

Shipping policies
I send all items AIRMAIL in bubble mailers or boxes which ensure items arrive promptly and safely.
I ship by regular mail and there is no tracking number.
For orders over $50, shipping will be upgraded to registered mail with tracking number.
I ship worldwide.
Please let up to 3 weeks for the parcel to arrive, sometimes it takes less, but I can’t promise.


I accept payments through PayPal.

Please note that you could use PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account; you can pay with a credit card or a check through their web site.

Care instructions:

Polymer clay can break, please be gentle with it. Try to limit the exposure of your jewelry to any chemicals, which can be found even in dish soaps, shampoos, or household cleaning products.
